I don’t have an activation code?
Your activation code is a 6 digit order number. We have sent this via email to the address that we were instructed to on order.
Please check for an email from “activation@cardportal.com” (you may need to check your junk/spam folder).
If you were given the card as a gift please ask the person who gave you the card for the code. If we do not have you on record, then our customer service team is prohibited from revealing the code to you.
These are the only options available at the moment, this is due to security measures to protect the funds of the purchaser.
